I recommend this document to so many clients and families. It is great for building greater flexibility in our view of different foods and adds opportunity for better communication about food. If you are a parent of a child with ARFID, this tool may be exactly what you need to shift the conversation about likes and dislikes.

We all have days when making and eating food feels like a chore. As a dietitian, it is important to me that people feel capable of making food they enjoy even when they are exhausted and need a break. This document lists 19 different low to no cooking options to eat for dinner when you need something easy along with 8 of my dietitian tips and tricks for making food as easy as possible (without just resorting to takeout every day!).
