Who You'll Work With
Gretchen Wallace
Gretchen has been in the eating disorder field since 2016 with extensive experience treating adolescents and young adults. She has worked on college campuses, in eating disorder treatment facilities, has developed early intervention programs and now is offering her services in her own practice. When she's not with clients she is probably with her husband and dogs (Rita and Barry) trying new restaurants, going for a hike, camping, or catching up on a favorite tv show. Her practice style is evidence based while also understanding that her clients know themselves best. Her sessions are geared to understand what you are going through, what you are wanting to change, and joining you in working toward your goals. For clients who live at home, families are encouraged to join each session for at least a few minutes so the entire family is learning and growing together. Gretchen prioritizes each family's individual values to ensure recovery is individualized for each person she works with.
