15 minute Discovery Call: $0

• An opportunity for us to get to know each other and decide if it feels like a good fit!​

75 minute Initial Session: $175

• How we get to know you and your relationship with food, body, and exercise.

60 minute Follow Up Session:

• Sliding Scale options $120, $140, or $160 per session according to your budget. Sessions are billed at $160/hour unless otherwise discussed. 30 or 45 minute sessions are an option if that works better for your recovery goals! 

Thursdays 12-1CST: $250/semester

• A weekly opportunity to meet others who are going through eating disorder recovery, challenge disordered thoughts and beliefs, and receive nutrition education. Group is limited to 10 people and is open to those college students who are appropriately in outpatient level of care (not being recommended to higher level of care). You do not have to be an individual client at Full Life to participate in meal support.

For caregivers of children with ARFID:

• Sliding Scale options $120, $140, $160 per hour session according to your budget. 

• RD and caretakers work together to establish household eating norms to support expanding food choices and ensure your child is growing appropriately. This is specifically for caretakers with children under 10 years old, children older than 10 will participate in sessions!

Group Speaking Opportunities

• Education and prevention are two of our favorite things - if you have a group, classroom, or team that needs a presenter we would love to help! Depending on the audience, our fees will vary. Please reach out with the event details and your preferred budget and we can help make it happen. ​
